UPLIFTED SERVICES

Motivation almost always follows action. I provide the framework, accountability and encouragement to help you get moving and develop consistency in your workouts, daily habits, and nutrition. What is a priority in our lives should be scheduled. What we schedule gets accomplished! What we accomplish consistently over time becomes results!

My services are extremely flexible and after a free introductory meeting, I will work with you to fine tune the coaching sessions to meet your specific health and wellness aspirations.

Schedule a free consultation to discuss your goals, where you are currently at in relation to those goals, and discover if we are a great fit for each other.

If you decide you'd like to move forward with me, we will schedule a secondary call to create an initial approach to get you taking the right steps to become uplifted.

Book your training session and also a nutrition and health coaching session if desired. I will conveniently meet you right where you're at in the comfort of your home.

Following your session, payment will be taken via Venmo, Cash App, or check. We will also be sure to schedule your next upcoming sessions and cover any necessary details for your unique plan. 

SERVICES

PERSONAL TRAINING

Training sessions can be one-on-one or in a small group of 2 to 4. No previous experience needed; sessions will begin right where you are at and will progress based on your fitness and health goals.

  • What’s included: 1 hour training sessions include a unique combination of flexibility, movement training, strength training, and cardiovascular training to match your goals

  • Pricing: Single Session $50 or Small Group Session of 2-4 people is $20 per additional individual to the single session price

  • Service Location: Servicing individuals in 20 mile radius of Dallas, TX 75230 (Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Highland Park, etc.) 

  • Where: In-home, in-apartment, apartment gym, outdoors if weather is safe for activity 

  • Recommended Equipment: A set of light dumbbells (5-10 lbs and a set of medium and heavy dumbbells (10-30 lbs). I will consult with you to help build your own collection of at home training equipment to match your goals, home space, and budget.

  • Other details: No minimum sessions requirement. However, results do take time, so I recommend meeting 1-2 times weekly for at least 2-3 months to begin to see the most progress in health, fitness, strength, and habit formation. I provide a flexible schedule, program duration, and session frequency to truly help customize your plan to fit uniquely to you.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS

After you have completed four personal training sessions to allow me to gauge your current knowledge of exercise movements and your current fitness level, I can design you a personalized weekly fitness program that includes both our scheduled personal training sessions together and workouts for you to complete on your own.

  • What’s included: This service includes unlimited texts or emails for questions about your program or exercises on the program. I recommend, but do not require that we continue to meet at least once a week while you complete this personalized weekly program. 

  • Pricing:

    • 4-12 week program 

    • 4 week program ($50) 

    • 8 week program ($80) 

    • 12 week program ($100

HEALTH & NUTRITION COACHING

My nutrition coaching goes beyond just what and when you eat. During sessions, we will take a holistic approach to integrate routines and habits that align with your goals. Are you seeking to gain muscle and strength, to lose fat, or improve your overall health? No two nutrition plans or strategies will be the same, and I will collaborate with you to creatively break down barriers that hold you back from achieving your optimal nutrition. We will assess your current stress levels, sleep habits and general health habits to increase your recovery, energy and performance day-to-day.

  • What’s included: 30 minute health and nutrition coaching session

  • Pricing: Each session is $30 

  • Service Location: Online or Servicing individuals in 20 mile radius of Dallas, TX 75230 (Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Highland Park, etc.) 

  • Where: In-person, virtual or phone call 

  • Tools Needed: A notebook or electronic note taking program or app

  • Other details: 3 minimum coaching sessions requirement after your free consult
